40 single kb/db squat cleans, 53(50)/35 >>>>80 jumping air squats

60 single kb/db shoulder 2 overhead>>>>40 pike push-ups

EMOM: 30 unbroken double unders>>>>30 jumping jacks

If you cant do 30 unbroken double unders, choose a number that is reasonable and challenging.  Same thing for single unders.  The challenge is going unbroken.

 

Beginner

For time:

10 plank walk-outs

20 kb/db squat cleans>>>>35 air squats

40 kb/db shoulder 2 overhead>>>>20 pike push-ups

EMOM: 10 single unders>>>>10 jumping jacks
