Helping you Be Better, Period

CrossFit Wilson started in January of 2012 at Forest Hills Park, on Forest Hills Rd.   We worked out right there in the park with medicine balls, kettlebells, and our own body weight. During that time, we had anywhere from 4 to 8 members.  We held one class a day at 6pm.  Slowly, the word about our workouts and results started to spread.  Our members brought us more members and we were able to buy an old radiator shop.

We opened at 2804 Forest Hills Rd in October of 2012.  Since then, we have tried our best to help our members be the best versions of themselves.  We have grown to over 100 members and are now looking to expand so that we can service our members even better.  We are now starting up our CrossFit Kids program. CrossFit Kids is going to dramatically change the lives of our youth.  We are excited and eager to see what God has in store for the future of CrossFit Wilson.

I believe that we have a chance to better ourselves every single day.  You either got better or you got worse. One of my passions is speaking life into people. I love seeing someone’s potential long before they see it and being able to help them reach that potential.

Hey y’all! CrossFit changed my life in January 2012. I was in Wilmington at UNCW and felt a little lost. I had played sports my entire life and didn’t know what to do with my free time after my sports career.
