February Challenges:

Random Acts of Kindness:  For the 29 days (its a leap year fyi) of February complete at least 1 random act of kindness.  You can show your kindness in any way that you like.  Whether it be paying for someones groceries, coffee, dinner or helping someone with a need somehow.  You could help someone at the box clean up their equipment if you like or bring in some left overs from your paleo recipe and give them to Austin :).  You could leave a nice note for your husband, wife, mom, dad, cousin, friend or enemy…you get it right?  Come up with your own thing you would like to do everyday.  The goal of this challenge is to help others and in return it will make you a better person.  We’re all here to be better people right?

PR Month:  The whole month of February we will be doing repeat workouts.  I hope you have been keeping up with your wods so you can see how much you have improved!  I hope that I have to buy a bunch of blue markers because of how many “PR” signs that I have to put beside everyone’s name!

4 overhead squats, 65% of 1rm

Post lowest reps from tabata and times to comments.
