Rules:

  • Set a realistic goal to accomplish by April 30th (you can set multiple goals)
  • It can be a weight loss goal, PR on a lift, 20 unbroken double unders or anything to make you better
  • Make sure its a challenge and don’t sandbag

Penalties:

  • There will be one penalty for anyone who does not accomplish their goal(s)
  • Penalty will not be announced until April 17th
  • Penalty will not be fun 🙁
