Rules:
- Set a realistic goal to accomplish by April 30th (you can set multiple goals)
- It can be a weight loss goal, PR on a lift, 20 unbroken double unders or anything to make you better
- Make sure its a challenge and don’t sandbag
Penalties:
- There will be one penalty for anyone who does not accomplish their goal(s)
- Penalty will not be announced until April 17th
- Penalty will not be fun 🙁
