Perform 20 sec of box jumps overs, rest for 10 sec then, 20 sec wall shots, rest for 10. 20 sec hspu, rest 10. 20 sec kbs rest for 10 sec for 8 total rounds. Score will be total of the lowest reps per exercise out of the 8 rounds.
